Job summary

Alston Construction seeks a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end management of assigned projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while strengthening client relationships and the company’s image.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, reviewing contracts, controlling documentation, and coordinating with superintendents to meet project milestones and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field; experience managing construction projects for a general contractor.
• Design-build experience on relevant project types; knowledge of industrial, warehouse/distribution, or manufacturing construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of assigned projects to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and profit goals.
• Review contract documents for conflicts and ensure design/constructability compliance.
• Maintain master project schedule and provide timely reports on progress and budget status.
• Coordinate with superintendent and staff to meet project goals and respond to RFPs.
