Alston Construction seeks a Project Manager to lead, direct and coordinate the overall management of assigned projects from conception to completion. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and exceeding profit goals while strengthening client relationships and the company’s image.

Essential duties include ensuring on-time, on-budget completion; reviewing documents to mitigate risk; maintaining records; coordinating with superintendents and staff; and leading

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is required.
• Design-build experience on relevant project types is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate management of assigned projects to ensure safety, schedule, budget and profitability.
• Review contract documents for conflicts, risks and compliance; review design and shop drawings.
• Maintain document control, close-out documents, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and staff to meet budget, schedule, safety and quality goals.
• Create and monitor a detailed master project schedule with progress reports.

Education
