Job summary

Phillips, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, develop, and coordinate engineering activities across multiple construction projects. You will provide technical oversight, align administrative and engineering efforts with project goals, and partner with internal teams and external partners.

The role supports multiple concurrent projects and offers growth toward a management position while emphasizing regulatory compliance and on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Python) is a plus.
• Leadership or mentorship experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate work plans, project schedules, submittal data, CAD drawings, etc.
• Track project quantities and generate project billing; coordinate with field teams.
• Support up to 10 concurrent projects and provide status updates to clients.
• Develop and optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Coordinate material procurement and supplier relationships.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decisions.
• Progressively take on leadership responsibilities toward management.
