Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure seeks a Senior Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and manage engineering activities for multiple construction projects from Knoxville. You will provide technical oversight, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and drive pre-construction and estimating tasks toward successful project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of construction management experience is required.
• Experience with data analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-construction and estimating teams with project estimates and proposals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits for means and methods and subcontractor coordination.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier scope and review quotes.
• Prepare comprehensive project estimates and review contracting requirements.
• Lead up to 10 concurrent projects and mentor team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
