Job summary

Phillips, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to plan, develop, and manage engineering activities for multiple construction projects.

You will provide technical oversight, align administrative and engineering tasks with goals, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance. The role supports multiple concurrent projects, with increasing leadership responsibilities and potential advancement into management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Python) is a plus.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.
• Substation or utility project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate work plans, project schedules, submittal data, CAD drawings, etc.
• Track project quantities and generate project billing; assist field personnel and crews to coordinate work.
• Support up to 10 concurrent projects and provide regular client updates.
• Develop, implement, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate material procurement, supplier relationships, and quality control efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support informed decision-making.
• Gradually take on leadership responsibilities with potential to move into management.
