Moss is seeking an on-site Project Manager to lead day-to-day administration, coordination with Owners, Design Partners and Trade Contractors, and to ensure work complies with project requirements for quality, schedule and budget.

The role involves managing procurement, change orders, RFI processes, and weekly jobsite coordination meetings while enforcing safety programs and contract administration. A PMP or strong PM background is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager on multifamily/high-rise construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interface with owners, designers and trade contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a specific project area or multiple trade scopes on a large project.
• Participates in preconstruction sessions and reviews design documents with the team.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and cost controls; reviews budgets and change orders.
• Administers document control, RFI process, and subcontract coordination; supports safety and quality programs.
