Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Operations Manager - Superintendent (Construction Services) to lead site execution across multiple client projects. The role focuses on mobilization, workforce planning, and delivery across sites, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to contracts.

Travel up to 90% nationwide is required, and you will oversee Foremen and field teams while partnering with Business Development and clients.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
2+ years of experience in scheduling, budget management, project setup/implementation and resource management.
Experience managing multiple projects and teams in multiple locations.
Strong written, oral and presentation skills; ability to lead meetings.

Responsibilities

Lead project execution across the full lifecycle, including mobilization, site set up, workforce planning, operational readiness, execution, and project closeout.
Oversee execution of multiple concurrent project sites, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.
Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and site level execution strategies.
Coach and develop Foremen to drive productivity, accountability and quality outcomes.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on progress and risks.
Ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations and Aerotek’s Services Management Framework.
Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
