With 5+ years in construction supervision, you will coordinate subcontractors, enforce OSHA requirements, and serve as the main safety point of contact while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in construction supervision.
• FAA and NPS regulations knowledge.
• Proven track record managing crews and budgets.
• SSHO and QCM certifications; OSHA knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Focus on quality and safety on site.
• Ability to coordinate multiple sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate and manage construction crews and subcontractors across locations.
• Ensure operations comply with FAA and NPS guidelines.
• Act as primary site safety contact with SSHO certification.
• Conduct quality control checks and uphold QCM standards.
• Develop schedules and work plans; ensure on-time, within budget delivery.
• Travel to various construction sites as needed and address issues.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on project progress.
