Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to direct, plan, and manage field construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, 7+ years of construction experience, supervisory ability, and strong cost estimation and scheduling skills. It offers nationwide travel, per diem, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of construction industry experience and knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with PACK Safety and Quality Policies and procedures.
• Oversee all construction activities within contracted Scope of Work.
• Maintain frequent interface with PACK project team and Client to ensure all documentation complies with contractual obligations.
• Draft and distribute daily/weekly reporting as required by PACK policy and Contract.
• Build Client relationships based on integrity, communication, and trust.
