Qualifications

• 5 years of field superintendent/management experience in the solar and/or wind markets.
• Must have OSHA 30 Hour certification.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety planning for field operations.
• Oversee personnel management and production goals.
• Coordinate equipment acquisitions through Procurement.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Blueprint interpretation

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
