We specialize in emergency landslide repairs, rockfall mitigation, and grouting, utilizing cutting-edge design/build and design/build/warranty contracting. Responsibilities

1. Mix, spray, operate hoses, and run shotcrete or grouting pumps.
2. Transport materials on construction sites.
3. Read and interpret measurements.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
5. Collaborate effectively within a team.
6. Learn to operate rock drills.
7. Operate construction equipment such as excavators, all-terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front-end loaders.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in soil stabilization, grouting, or foundation mitigation.
• OR prior construction experience as a carpenter or framer.
• OR concrete experience as a finisher, form builder, or shotcrete specialist.
• OR significant outdoor work experience in a physical, collaborative environment.

Additional requirements:

• Comfort with heights.
• Ability to travel at least 3 weeks per month.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse teams.

• Possession of a CDL Class A license or a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Work Environment

The work environment may include:

• Various climates, from tropical to desert.
• Moderate noise levels, with hearing protection often required.
• Typical construction site hazards.
• Heavy lifting (50 lbs+) of materials.

Travel: 100% travel within the Eastern US (east of the Mississippi River), with a schedule of 3 weeks on, 1 week off.

Pay: $20-$23/hr; with overtime, earnings can exceed $27/hr in 2023.
