IFS, a Groundworks company, is seeking talented Construction General Laborers to join their team in Whiteland, IN. The Installer plays a vital role, traveling (in a company-provided vehicle) to homes in the area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions. Candidates with experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, or landscaping are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities as a General Laborer:

• Travel around the local area, working in customers' homes on installation projects under supervision
• Assist with installing products and services
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Follow instructions carefully and work diligently

Requirements to join as a General Laborer - Installer:

• Load and deliver materials to the work site
• Perform setup and cleanup at job sites
• Digs and backfills trenches/holes
• Lift heavy objects and perform strenuous labor
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Enter crawl spaces and confined areas as needed
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Lift objects up to 50 lbs., perform physical labor, and stand/walk for long periods
• Good manual dexterity and coordination
• Excellent stamina and vision for reading reports and screens
