Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical certifications in mechanics or engineering are a plus.
• Experience with mechanical, maintenance, or construction equipment preferred.
• Ability to interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• System mobilization and decommissioning: lead setup/tear down of pumping and power systems.
• Emergency response: support rapid deployment of resources for disaster restoration.
• Safety and compliance: enforce company policies and ensure safe work practices.
• Project coordination: monitor timelines and manage equipment allocation.
• Customer liaison: communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.
