Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Traveling Concrete Superintendent to lead concrete construction and manage field operations from day one. You will oversee manpower, equipment, and daily progress to ensure on-time completion within budget and per specifications.

Bring 3+ years of concrete project experience, ability to lead diverse crews, and a commitment to safety and quality. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is highly desirable; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting concrete projects (tilt-up and cast-in-place walls a plus).
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to meet schedules and budgets.
• Current, valid driver's license in your state of residence; bilingual English/Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate manpower to meet construction schedules.
• Determine equipment requirements and provide necessary equipment.
• Direct and supervise carpenters, cement finishers, iron workers and laborers.
• Inform supervisors of schedule changes and coordinate with project team.
• Review requisitions, field purchase orders, invoices, and progress payments.
• Maintain daily diary documenting significant project facts and decisions.
