Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead finishing crews during all phases of concrete placement and finishing.
• Review and interpret concrete tickets to verify mix design, additives, water content, and delivery specifications.
• Monitor and adjust concrete consistency while ensuring compliance with project and engineering requirements.
• Operate and oversee the use of power trowels, ride-on trowel machines, concrete vibrators, screeds, and other finishing equipment.
• Coordinate concrete pours, placement activities, and finishing schedules with project management and field personnel.
• Ensure proper consolidation, finishing, curing, and surface quality of all concrete placements.
• Maintain jobsite safety, productivity, and quality standards.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper concrete placement and finishing techniques.
