AIR Communities is seeking a Traveling Community Operations Support Specialist to provide field operations support across communities, driving revenue generation and customer experience improvements. You will launch, stabilize, and improve communities while training teams, implementing systems, and maintaining high service standards.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), strong collaboration with leasing and support teams, and a focus on process, efficiency, and resident acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience in community operations, customer service, and leasing with a strong understanding of sales strategies and resident acquisition.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time with easy access to a large airport.
• Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a representative of operations and supports the successful launch, stabilization, or improvement of assigned communities.
• Responsible for enhancing the customer experience through excellent service, supporting resident acquisition and retention, and ensuring community readiness.
• Provides hands-on support with day-to-day operations, training on systems and processes, and covering positions as needed.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on operational policies and procedures, supporting both community teams and central operations.
• Regular communication and reporting to central operations, leadership, and other key stakeholders.
