RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a traveling Community Management Specialist to oversee daily administration, operation, and staff across manufactured home communities.

You will manage leasing, collections, maintenance tasks, and budgeting while building relationships with residents and ensuring safe, well-maintained properties. The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to travel extensively, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of property management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; extended travel required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in MS Office; MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration and operation of assigned communities.
• Hire, train, and manage onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing and occupancy; attract residents.
• Process invoices and manage budget adherence.
• Maintain safety and a safe living environment for residents.
• Enter information into management software accurately.
