Qualifications

• Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Ground-up construction preferred; renovation/upfit experience considered.
• Experience with banks, retail, restaurants, medical facilities or similar.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily commercial construction activities across project sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and site teams to follow schedules.
• Monitor progress and address day-to-day issues to maintain momentum.
• Review finished work for quality and alignment with plans.
• Maintain safe, orderly job sites and uphold safety practices.
• Communicate updates, site needs and schedule changes with stakeholders.
• Plan travel between active project locations and ensure coverage.
• Document field activity and follow-up items for each project.
