Michael Page is seeking a Travel Superintendent for commercial construction projects nationwide. You will oversee field operations on ground-up multifamily projects, manage safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractors, and coordinate site logistics.

The role requires reading plans, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and willingness to travel to assigned locations. Competitive base salary 100K-140K, plus bonuses, vehicle allowance, PTO, health insurance, 401(k).

Qualificações

• Experience overseeing commercial construction projects in the field.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and daily on-site activities.
• Ability to read project plans and track construction progress against schedules.
• Experience monitoring construction quality and resolving site-level issues.
• Ability to maintain clear project documentation and field updates.
• Comfort traveling to assigned project locations.
