Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking a Superintendent for a trusted Southeast-based commercial contractor focusing on retail, restaurant, and medical office projects.

You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain schedules and budgets while enforcing safety and quality standards across active sites. Extensive travel across the Southeast is required, with a focus on timely, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects preferred.
• Ground-up and renovation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedules on occupied sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Enforce quality control and jobsite safety standards.
• Conduct project scheduling, planning, and progress tracking.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with project managers, owners, and trade partners.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and punch list completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within client expectations.
• Travel throughout the Southeast to oversee active projects.
