Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for our DC Metro Area projects. This role requires ground-up and interior construction experience with a general contractor, overseeing site operations, scheduling, quality control, safety, and coordination with subcontractors.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, health/vision/dental/life insurance, a 401(k) with 6% match, auto allowance, and tuition reimbursement.

Job details

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Based in the DC Metro Area, we are an established GC that has been building for almost 20 years! We specialize in commercial construction including both ground-up and interior renovations. Project types include healthcare, retail, hospitality, SCIF, and range from $1-10M in value size.

Due to growth and a ton of new work, we have an immediate need for Superintendents. We are hiring Supers with ground-up experience and Supers that specialize in interiors as well.
