Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for a top-tier commercial GC on high-profile projects in the United States. You will lead field teams, coordinate trades, and ensure safety and quality from kickoff to handover.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a superintendent in commercial construction, strong knowledge of means and methods, scheduling, and site logistics. OSHA certifications are a plus; comfort with project meetings and client communication is required.

• Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects from start to completion.

Job Details

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain project schedules while ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction
• Experience leading project meetings and coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Proficiency with construction management software and field technology tools is preferred
• Stable work history with a strong track record of successful project delivery
• OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus
