Job summary

Jobot seeks a Commercial Interiors Superintendent to lead field operations on renovations, historic restorations and occupied-space projects. The role requires driving schedules, coordinating subs and suppliers, and ensuring safety and quality from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction superintendent experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion.

• Conduct quality control inspections and enforce standards.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety.
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects and consultants.
• Proficiency with construction management software and field technology.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Manage project documentation, daily reports and site logistics.
• Maintain organized and productive jobsites.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.
