Job summary

Blue Frog Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead and oversee roofing projects across multiple locations, with travel as needed. You will manage timelines, budgets, safety, and quality, while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of roofing systems, blueprint reading, and hands-on experience with tools and heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial paneling projects.
• Experience with insulated wall panels and standing seam/metal roofing.
• Strong ability reading blueprints and schematics for complex projects.
• Experience coordinating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of commercial paneling projects on-site, ensuring safety & quality.
• Manage daily operations: scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control across sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients and subcontractors to meet deadlines and specs.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
• Oversee use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold safety policies.
• Train crew members to improve skills and workmanship quality.
