Requirements

• Proven experience in construction managing large-scale commercial paneling projects
• Large commercial experience preferred, Federal and Military experience a huge plus
• Insulated Wall Panel installation experience
• Standing Seam and Metal roofing experience required
• Extensive knowledge of roofing systems
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex projects
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (including cranes or lifts), and fabrication techniques
• Strong background in construction site management with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites
• Valid license or equivalent is preferred for travel purposes
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations
• Flexibility to travel frequently between job sites while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
