Job summary

Blue Frog Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to manage and oversee roofing projects across multiple locations, with travel required. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include on-site supervision of insulation wall panel work, safety compliance per OSHA, mentoring crew members, and maintaining high safety and quality across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale commercial paneling projects.
• Travel across multiple job sites required.
• Insulated wall panel installation experience.
• Standing seam and metal roofing experience.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics.
• Strong leadership and site-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of commercial paneling projects on-site, ensuring adherence to plans and safety standards.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control across multiple job sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as cranes or lifts.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and ensure quality workmanship.
