Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial paneling projects.
• Experience with standing seam and metal roofing.
• Strong blueprint reading and schematics skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of commercial insulated wall panel projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety standards.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control across multiple job sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as scaffolding and heavy equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and ensure quality workmanship.
