Job summary

Blue Frog Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join our team. You will oversee on-site execution of commercial insulated wall panel projects across multiple locations, ensuring work is safe, on time, and within budget.

This leadership role requires strong collaboration with project managers, clients, and subcontractors, plus travel between sites. You will read blueprints, supervise crews, manage safety and quality, and mentor staff to uphold high standards in

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction managing large-scale commercial paneling projects.
• Large commercial experience preferred; Federal and Military experience is a plus.
• Insulated Wall Panel installation experience.
• Standing Seam and Metal roofing experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of roofing systems.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (including cranes or lifts).
• Strong background in construction site management with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites.
• Valid license or equivalent preferred for travel purposes.
