Job summary

Blue Frog Roofing seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead on-site and multi-location projects across the United States. You will supervise insulated wall panel work, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and maintain safety and quality on every site.

Travel between job sites is required. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with standing seam/metal roofing and blueprint reading, with a proven leadership record in large-scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control across multiple job sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Oversee use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and workmanship.
