Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for CNCs, servo drives, spindle, and related equipment.
• Investigate customer issues and perform analyses to determine root causes.
• Travel to customer sites, including overnight trips as required.
• Coordinate with Supervisor/Manager to ensure proper service levels.
• Maintain tool inventory and complete required paperwork accurately.
