Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to join our compassionate care team. This role travels between facilities to provide direct resident care and document changes in the POC system with RN/LPN support.

You will demonstrate strong time management, clear communication, and the ability to work in a team dedicated to dignity, respect, and choices for residents across the Benedictine region.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
