Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to work across multiple facilities, ensuring residents receive dignified, respectful care with choices in their lives.

The role involves direct resident care, timely reporting to RN/LPN, and charting in the POC system. Travel within a designated Benedictine region is required, along with strong communication skills and English proficiency. BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN.
• Chart in the POC system.
• Travel within Benedictine region to provide care as needed.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
