Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR Float to travel between facilities, delivering direct resident care and reporting changes to RNs or LPNs. You will document care in the POC system and help residents exercise choices in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel across Benedictine facilities.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN.
• Chart care activities in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Travel within Benedictine region as needed.
