Job summary

Benedictine Living Communities seeks a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care across multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region. You will ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and honor their choices in daily life.

You will report condition changes to RN/LPN, chart in the POC system, and demonstrate strong time management and prioritization while traveling as needed. EEO/AA/Vet Friendly.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or equivalent.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN, and chart in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required.
