Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to travel between facilities within the Benedictine region, providing direct resident care and reporting changes to RN or LPN while documenting in the POC system.

The role requires good communication, English literacy, BLS Certification, and a current CNA/NAR registry status. Candidates should treat residents with dignity and respect and adapt to a float schedule across the Benedictine region.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
