Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care and report condition changes to the nursing team while charting in the POC system. This role requires travel within a designated Benedictine region to deliver compassionate care to residents.

You will need strong time management, excellent communication, and be in good standing on the Nursing Assistant registry with BLS certification. The position supports a mission-driven, non-profit senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• BLS Certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
