Job summary

PharMerica, a BrightSpring Health Services company, is seeking an Account Manager of Client Services to oversee the Chicago–St. Louis market, building strategic relationships with long-term care and skilled nursing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of client-management experience in healthcare, strong communication across all levels, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in client management or similar role in healthcare/B2B setting.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of management and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong partnerships with clients to ensure sustained success and growth.
• Owns client relationships and serves as primary point of contact.
• Leads renewal discussions and coordinates with PharMerica stakeholders.
• Manages client data and reports via CRM system; supports onboarding and implementation.
• Collaborates with billing, contracting, and marketing to ensure service excellence.
