Job summary

PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an Account Manager of Client Services to manage relationships with skilled nursing and long-term care pharmacy clients across SD, NE, and WY. This full-time role focuses on strategic relationship management, issue resolution, and client retention.

The position requires coordinating with internal teams, leading monthly/quarterly reviews, and driving successful pharmacy performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of client management or similar experience; healthcare/B2B preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong partnerships with clients through consultation and collaboration for the sustained success and growth of their organizations.
• Accountable for all aspects of client relationships; primary go-to person for your client base.
• Leads client contract renewal processes in collaboration with PharMerica stakeholders.
• Owns client issue escalation and resolution with timely responses and clear expectations.
• Manages client communications and activities using the company's CRM system.
