Job summary

Metro Services Group in Missouri is seeking a Carpenter/ Remodeling Technician to perform capital improvement projects including rough and trim carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and related renovations. This role requires travel across the Columbia region with overnight stays as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of carpentry/remodeling experience, own hand and power tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry/remodeling experience.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Must own hand and power tools and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform capital improvement tasks: rough and trim carpentry, drywall, painting.
• Travel Monday-Friday ~75% of the time; stay overnight.
• Maintain safety practices and attend trainings as required.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Carry and use own hand and power tools; possess reliable transportation.
• Pass background check and periodic drug testing.
