Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking an experienced contractor to perform capital improvement projects across carpentry, plumbing, drywall, electrical, and related rehab work in the Columbia, MO area. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time with overnight stays.

Responsibilities include following safety practices, reading drawings and specifications, and participating in regional or corporate trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with capital improvement projects across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and rehab work.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel ~75% and stay overnight as required.
• Adherence to safety practices and ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform capital improvement projects including carpentry, plumbing, drywall, electrical, masonry, painting, and janitorial tasks.
• Travel to company locations as needed and maintain reliable transportation.
• Travel Monday-Friday approximately 75% of the time; weekends at home.
• Follow safe work practices and participate in trainings.
• Attend regional and corporate training or conferences as required.
