Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
Manage specialized outpatient clinics dedicated to female-specific cardiovascular disease prevention, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy.
Partner closely with general cardiologists, and OB/GYNs to build seamless referral pathways.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
Master\'s degree of Nursing require
