Job summary

Penn Line Service, Inc. seeks a Bucket Operator to assist with clearing and removing trees along electrical power lines and right-of-ways. You will operate an aerial bucket truck, use chain saws and pruners, and may climb trees with climbing equipment.

Minimum 6 months verifiable bucket experience required; CDL preferred. Travel across PA, MD, OH, VA, and WV is required with 4–10 hour days and potential overtime, including emergency storm duty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of verifiable bucket experience in utility line clearance or residential tree clearance.
• CDL license / valid driver's license preferred.
• Pesticide license beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clearing and removal of trees along electrical power lines and right-of-ways.
• Operate an aerial lift device (bucket truck) to reach branches interfering with lines.
• Use chain saws, pruners, brush chipper; may climb trees using climbing equipment.
• Work 4–10 hour days with overtime and emergency storm duty as needed.
• Travel requirement across multiple states; flexibility to be called to various locations.
