Job summary

Penn Line Service, Inc. is seeking a Bucket Operator to clear and remove trees along electrical rights-of-way. You will operate an aerial bucket truck, chainsaws, pruners and a brush chipper, with climbing as needed.

Requires at least 6 months of verifiable bucket experience; CDL is preferred. Willingness to travel across PA, MD, OH, VA and WV and to work overtime and emergency storm duty is required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of verifiable bucket experience in line clearance or residential tree clearance.
• CDL license or valid driver license preferred.
• Pesticide license beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clearing and removal of trees along electrical power lines and right-of-ways.
• Operate an aerial lift bucket truck to reach interfering branches.
• Operate chain saws, pruners, and brush chippers; climb trees when required.
• Travel across multiple states; overtime and emergency storm duty may be required.
