Job summary

Penn Line Service, Inc. is seeking a Bucket Operator to assist with clearing and removing trees along electrical power lines. You will operate an aerial bucket truck to reach branches interfering with lines and may use chainsaws, pruners, and a brush chipper.

Some climbing may be required, and a CDL or valid driver's license is preferred. This role involves travel across multiple states (PA, MD, OH, VA, WV) with 4–10 hour days and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of verifiable bucket experience trimming or bucket work for utility or residential line clearance.
• CDL license or valid driver license preferred.
• Pesticide license beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clearing and removal of trees along electrical power lines and right-of-ways.
• Operate an aerial lift device (bucket truck) to reach branches near lines.
• Operate chainsaws, pruners, and brush chipper; may climb trees with climbing gear.
