Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced professional for a full-time traveling role supporting Biotech or Pharmaceutical projects nationwide. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten years of related experience. Responsibilities include overseeing project teams, managing field assignments, and ensuring quality control. The estimated salary range is $225,000 to $295,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, and flexible benefits. Candidates must be willing to travel over 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Must have experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for assignments.
• Support Superintendent throughout the job duration.
• Document project field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule.
• Manage training for tradesmen.
• Work with Business Unit Safety Director to implement safety programs.

Skills

Proven written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Experience with SAP

Experience with SharePoint

Ability to travel 50%+
