Cool Smiles Orthodontics in Orange County / Inland Empire seeks a Traveling Bilingual Treatment Coordinator. You will meet patients after consultations, present treatment options, explain procedures, and discuss financial arrangements while ensuring excellent patient experience.

This full-time role involves travel between offices, coordinating with doctors, maintaining records, and helping patients feel confident to begin treatment. Must be bilingual and have dental/orthodontic experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of dental or orthodontic experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel between office locations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients after orthodontic consultations to review treatment recommendations and next steps.
• Present treatment plans and explain procedures.
• Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options.
• Help patients feel informed and confident about starting treatment.
• Schedule new patient starts and follow up on pending treatment opportunities.
• Coordinate with doctors and team to maintain an efficient schedule.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Travel between office locations to support operations.
