Responsibilities

• Meet with patients after orthodontic consultation to review recommendations and next steps.
• Present treatment plans, explain procedures, and answer patient questions.
• Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options.
• Help patients feel informed and confident about starting treatment.
• Schedule new patient starts and follow up on pending opportunities.
• Coordinate with doctors and team to maintain efficient schedules and patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and required documentation.
• Travel between office locations as needed to support operations.
