Job summary

B&B Concrete is seeking a Concrete Project Superintendent in Fort Worth, TX, to plan and coordinate concrete construction, supervise concrete operations, and ensure quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance on site.

The role requires coordinating with Operations managers and Project Management weekly for manpower, resources, and project communication, while ensuring safety and company standards are met.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of concrete construction workflows and sequences.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and concrete specs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple trades on site.
• Ability to assess and manage manpower and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• Daily communications/coordination with the Project Management staff for project execution.
• Be on site to supervise and oversee all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure that the budget is followed in terms of manpower productions and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule field labor and ensure they perform as required.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors for proper planning and harmony.
• Ensure quality is preserved and budget is maintained.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Track and accurately capture/report time for field manpower.
• Monitor productivity and progress, identify delays and provide solutions.
