Job summary

Moss seeks an BES Electrical Superintendent to lead on multi-state solar and industrial projects. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical craft activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, and schedule while prioritizing safety and quality on site.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in power or heavy industrial construction, strong knowledge of electrical designs, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Must prioritize safety and hold OSHA30.
• Electrical field installation experience within a solar plant or heavy industrial environment.
• 3 years' supervisory experience in power or heavy industrial construction.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise 50+ employees and coordinate multiple crafts.
• Knowledge reading, interpreting, and working with electrical drawings (isometric/orthographic).
• Contract documents and site coordination of subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate craft activities including methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Coordinate electrical work with other crafts and departments onsite.
• Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure compliance with drawings and schedule.
• Resolve construction problems and monitor productivity and safety compliance.
• Liaise with materials, purchasing, quality control, and engineering to support craft activities and schedule.
• Perform additional assignments and delegate responsibilities as directed.
