Job summary

Moss is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead coordination, planning, and supervision on utility-scale solar and industrial sites. This role requires traveling across multiple states to manage forepersons, contractors, and crafts, ensuring safety and adherence to drawings and schedules.

The candidate should have extensive supervisory experience in heavy industrial construction, strong knowledge of electrical design drawings, and a proven ability to manage large teams while coordinating

Qualifications

• Must prioritize safety and hold OSHA-30 certification.
• Electrical field installation experience within a solar plant or heavy industrial environment.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a power plant or heavy industrial construction.
• Ability to supervise 50+ employees.
• Knowledge of electrical design drawings (isometric/orthographic) and design guides.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate craft activities including method, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Coordinate electrical work with other crafts, departments, or contractors onsite.
• Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure drawings and schedule compliance.
• Assist in resolving construction problems and improving productivity.
• Monitor safety program compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, and Engineering for materials and inspections.
• Delegate responsibilities and ensure proper completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
